R&P Post 28: My Kit List

We are planning on using many different types of equipment for our music video, they differ from location but are broadly the same.

The camera on Luke in the cyclorama.

For the studio we will be using..

- the built-in lighting
- Cyclorama
- 50-inch monitor
- Studio sound system
- HDMI cables
- Canon 5D Mk II

Lighting Desk.

- Libec TH-950 DV Tripod
- Floor lights (x4)

For the rooftop we will need..

- Canon 550D
- Tripod
- Floor lights (x3)
- 50mm lens & 24mm-150mm lens



We requested a equipment release sheet from our technician and all individually signed this an returned it in order to get permission to take out all the equipment we required for the rooftop shoot.









Bokeh:

We need two lenses as we have decided to use a technique called Bokeh to create words within our song by playing with light. I discovered this technique when visitng Ravensbourne and thought it was a great idea to use in our music video in order to connote the impact of technology but also to create an interesting effect.
