R&P Post 32: Test Shoot and Rough Edit

For our test shoot we had another schedule which helped us stay aware of when, and for how long, we were allowed in the studio. Our group is coded in orange, once again we had a whole day and two half days to shoot most of our footage which I think was very beneficial for our group.

We practised using Bokeh although in our test shoot we did not use fairy lights on Luke but we were very happy with the effect we had created which we would use for our real shoot. Julia Kristeva stated that 'media texts aren't isolated entities' which reinforced Goodwin's emphasise on intertextuality and allowed us to really develop the idea of using Bokeh.
Bokeh of the word 'trip'.

Below is the final version of our rough edit, we used some footage from the studio for performance as we did not have our drummer on the rooftop for our test shoot.

I think the test shoot was very beneficial to our project as we were able to make mistakes and learn from them for the real shoot.
